During the summer of 2023, I had the most unique opportunity to partake in traveling halfway across the globe with National Geographic and their student travel expeditions for a photography workshop in stunning Japan. Here are some of the faces, memories, and stories that were captured along my journey, that I hold ever dear to my heart still to this day. My inspiration for this documentation is nothing more than one word - joy - the universal language that all can understand.
